About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. You will develop and implement new marketing strategies.

What you'll work on

• Craft the go-to-market narrative for Verterra's Insight Glasses, Aurora world-model APIs and robotics integrations, turning the company's Synthetic Reality Engine and Human Action Data Ocean into clear customer value propositions
• Plan and run multi-channel launches (enterprise AR pilots, developer SDK, consumer wearables) that accelerate adoption and data intake
• Own positioning, messaging and content for key verticals — AR, autonomous mobility, warehouse robotics — ensuring one cohesive story across all gears of the unified world model
• Build a full-funnel demand-generation engine, measure CAC/LTV, and optimize spend for rapid, compounding growth
• Partner with Sales, Product and Research to translate deep-tech breakthroughs into press-worthy moments, events and thought-leadership

What we're looking for

• 6+ years driving B2B and/or B2C marketing for deep-tech, hardware-software or AI products, with multiple 0→1 launches
• Storyteller who can explain cutting-edge AI/AR/robotics to both developers and enterprise buyers
• Proven track record designing data-driven campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue
• Hands-on operator comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup; willingness to wear many hats
• Bonus points for experience with AR wearables, developer platforms or autonomy stacks

• Annual salary: $195K
